What is the process for ordering custom shoes?

​

Once you put in your order for your shoes, the email goes straight to me and I assess all the information, respond with confirmation that all the information is correct, and start drawing mock-ups of the shoes. I want to make the process as personal as possible so you receive the perfect shoe. Turnaround times are disclosed at the time of response and a confirmation from the customer is necessary to proceed with the order

How long does it take to complete a custom shoe order?

Order times vary from shoe to shoe, but there are 2 types of order: a standard and a complex. The standard is for simpler with less detail and takes 1-2 weeks to complete. The complex is exactly what it sounds like and usually takes 3-4 weeks to complete. Remember, these times are estimated after the design has been finalized which is up to the customer to determine.

Can I see a preview of my custom design before it is made?

Yes, we provide a digital mock-up of your custom design for approval before we begin production. This ensures you are happy with the design before any work starts.​

How much do custom shoes cost?

​

The cost of custom shoes varies based on the design complexity and materials used. After you submit your custom order form, we will review your specifications and provide a detailed invoice emailed through Stripe. The price of the base shoe is NOT included in the final price HOWEVER, the shipping cost IS.

Do you accept bulk orders for institutions like schools?

 

Yes, we do accept bulk orders. For large custom orders (8+ pairs), please contact us directly or indicate the bulk order in the custom order form. We also offer ACH payment options for institutions.

What payment methods do you accept?

 

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, and ACH transfers for large orders. After reviewing your custom order, we will send an invoice with the payment instructions.

What if the custom shoes do not fit properly?

 

We strive to ensure a perfect fit for your custom shoes. If they do not fit correctly, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to adjust the fit or offer a solution.

Do you offer returns or refunds on custom orders?

Since each pair of custom shoes is made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds unless there is a defect in workmanship or materials. If you encounter any issues with your custom shoes, please contact us, and we will address them promptly.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

 

Custom orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of design confirmation. After 24 hours of confirmation or payment, the order may already be in production, and modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

What shoes can I get customed?

 

We customize a variety of high-quality materials including leather, suede, canvas, and more. You can specify your base shoe preference in the custom order form, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
